Skye Events is a Social Enterprise & registered Charity bringing people together, delivering sustainable events, and promoting fitness, friendship and wellbeing for the benefit of the community and visitors to the beautiful Isle of Skye. Profits are given back to community voluntary groups and charities via our Community Fund.
WE ARE SEEKING TRUSTEES
In this voluntary role, you will join a team of people who have overall control and management of our charity, accountable for activities and outcomes, responsible for governance and strategy, and ensuring we are administered effectively.
Sounds a bit dry doesn't it?
It is a serious endeavour - but Skye Events is a great charity with ambitions to do much much more for the community it serves and we're looking for good people who want to join us on that journey.
Experience as a Trustee is not necessary. We need good people with demonstrable business, financial, people or fitness skills for problem solving, a desire to be involved, an interest in health and wellbeing, and looking for a new challenge.
